We formed NUREIA the Northern Utah Real Estate Investors Alliance to meet more Real Estate Investors, to get more educations, and to do it in fun friendly environment that everybody feels comfortable.
So, we meet the First Thursday of the month in the evening at 6:30 at 476 West Heritage Park Blvd. Suite 100, Layton, UT 84041. And we love to meet more people who are Realtor, Real Estate Investors, Beginners, Experienced People and we find that the more people we can there, the more business we can do!
Who are there? Real Estates Attorneys are there, we have people that are Property Managers and have people do Repairs and General Contractors, and great group of people, who anybody and interested in general and real estate investing.
When we formed NUREIA, we said we want to accomplished three (3) things:
- Networking. Networking opportunities with people who are professionals, and who are in the business of Real Estate Investing.
- Educate the members. We want to do without selling, without pitching but there’s actual education that people can learn the basic of the subject and if they want to learn more details there are experts that can help them or they can go to a course or book.
- Finally, do it in the environment that people feel comfortable. They feel welcome and feel that they can be there and ask the hard questions, be there amongst their fears and become part of a group that they feel comfortable with.
